Still being charged after cancelling my subscription

 

Hi,

 

I actually cancelled my trial now subscription on April 17th, same day when I joined the trial subscription for the Now tv. But today again am being charges 9.99£ for the subscription.

This is absolutely rip off and cheating from a customer when one has already cancelled and received email on the cancellation of the Now TV service but am still being charge today. I tried contacting customer care but there is no way to contact them.

 

Could you initiate my refund of 9.99£ which was charged illegally for the service which I already cancelled on April 17, 2022 and received email confirming the cancellation of the subscription and last day of using it was Sunday 24th April, 2022.
