So, I have checked all of the accounts I have with now that are linked to my payment card and none of them have active memberships yet I am still getting a £5 charge a month from NOW on that bank account. Chat bot does nothing to help and there is nothing else for me to cancel, it wont even let me just stop the direct debit.
Since you’ve said you don’t have any active memberships, it sounds like you have a duplicate account for the same payment details. Use this link to find it.
Then go to live chat (which is not the bot) by clicking “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
