I have put in all my details (several times) and I get the message saying that they need to take 10 pence to authorize my card.
So they took it. It's showing in my credit card account as having been taken out. But my Free Trial still isn't active. Everywhere I navigate in the website to try and start using it, it just redirects me to reinput my payment information (and the cycle starts over).
Game of Thrones season finale is on Sunday....so I just want my Free Trial to be active before then. I chatted with three specialists and none of them could figure out what was wrong.
As I said, my credit card worked. I have the 10 pence charge "NOWTV.COM/BILLINGHELP"
If my card has clearly been authorized given the 10 pence succeful charge, then why does it keep asking me for my payment information? Please start my free trial. Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous User,
Are you accessing the NOW TV service via an internet browser or the dedicated NOW TV app?
If it's an internert browser... Which one is it? And which version of Windows are you running?

Hi @Anonymous User,
For computer users running Windows 8.1 (or higher), you will need to install the NOW TV Windows app.
After installing the new NOW TV Player app, it is advisable to remove any unnecessarily browsers you may have had to install in order to view the NOW TV service in the past. It is also advisable to completely remove the (now redundant) Silverlight plug-in from your computer.
Cheers

This is what I get when I try and sign into the account from the app.
When I go back onto the website, it asks for my payment details again (even though when I click on payment details tab, it shows that they are saved in my account). Then it shows me the 'we're gona take 10 pence' message again. And that's it.
