Started with billing, now it’s awful customer service.

I’ve been getting billed on an account that’s been inactive for months, struggled to cancel my account so simply wanted to get in touch. I’ve gone through that many automated bots and even taken to scram website that’s a promotion advert (probably something you should look into) before getting onto here to find any questions I have about a company that’s happy to take my money gets stuck on a notice board and waits a response basically.

Interestingly, I had an email saying I had cancelled my service which I didn’t (however the original payment card I used had to be cancelled so I think it was linked as a recurring card payment rather than direct debit?)

Because of NOW being service where you can dip in and out of for TV memberships it won’t be a direct debit payment, like you said it’s a reoccurring payment.
