Sports subscription accidently added

Hi

We have signed up for the free 7 day trial of the entertainment and movie package and think its good value so will more than likely keep those 2 packages.

However our 7 year old has managed to sign up for the sports package on the x box last night without us knowing.

I found out today when checking my card payments that they had taken the £34 for the sports package which I immediately cancelled although it says I can watch till 22nd April however we don't watch any of the sports anyway.

My question is can I get the payment refunded or is it my fault and its too late?

Going forward I have put parental controls on the X box and I assume you can do it in the NOW app.

Not sure of a way to contact NOW on the phone? Is it just through the web?

To prevent somebody buying a NOW membership on your devices you need to add a Payment Pin to your account.

With regards to a refund, jump over to NOW live chat and explain to them what's happened.

Assuming you haven’t watched anything on the sports channels or demand then you should be in a good position to get a refund. 

You’ve done the right thing with adding PIN to your account.

 

Head on to live chat, by clicking on “chat online” and hopefully NOW staff can help you with the refund.
