We're having the same issue. After inputting the code and our pin it says we need to update payment for £0.00... We do this and it happens again. I just want to watch the football

Also haveing trouble buying a sports day pass for the Leeds match just tells me my card details aren't valid. Anyone been able to sort this?

Nobody can buy a pass. If Sky didn't have the Leeds match I could be watching it on LUTV now😡.

I've accessed now tv on my tv via my roku streaming device, I've gone to buy a one day sports 

pass, which hasn't been a problem before as my details and card details are all registered, but it won't authorise payment

Same here. My husband gone to buy his pass and it won't authorise. We've tried changing bank details as it said could be an error with our card and still the same. Obviously an issue with Nowtv. The worst of it is, there's no number to speak with someone directly.

Looks like NowTV are having a meltdown with customers attempting to buy a pass or add / update their card details.
