Sports pass Payment taken but still askin to buy day pass

I have a sports pass an it takes payment monthly.. It has taken the necessary payment but now it will not let me watch sports but keeps askin me to buy a day or weekly pass. This has been over a week.. Please help

Welcome to the forum.

Are you using a NOW TV box to watch on? 

Go go to your My Account - My Passes page and make sure it shows an active monthly sports pass http://account.nowtv.com/passes

If it does go to My Account - My account details http://account.nowtv.com/account-details and take note of your username. Then on your NOW TV box open the NOW TV app, go to the My Account screen and check the usernames match. If they don't you are logged in with the wrong username.

hello, i am having the same problem  i have a 7 day pass but it wont let me watch i have uninstalled the now tv app as advised by live chat and i cleared chache etc so what shouldi do now

Are you using the nowtv player App with your internet browser or the dedicated NowTV App from the Microsoft Store ?

I don't use my PC for watching Nowtv but if you are having no luck with the nowtv player, then maybe try the NowTV App from the Microsoft Store.
