I have a three month pass on my account. After 1 month, I now face two months of no sports.
i have had three separate chats to no avail. I can’t get a refund as the stick + pass was purchased at currys. I can’t get two months of passes to use in the future. So given the stick + pass retails at £99, I have probably paid more for one months sports than any one else. Worse still, I only got one game I wanted to watch in the first month thanks to rescheduling and postponements.

We have not got any further updates from above to provide any sort of replacements at the moment.

Once you cancel the auto renewal from your side you can watch till the expiry date 15/03/2020 and there won't be any charges further.I would have gladly assisted with the vouchers if I had the option,but I have not got any further instructions which is stopping me to take any actions.

I can see where you're coming from and you'll be missing out on your favourite sports for next couple of months,but as you may know we have just started to receive such queries we are working on them so we respond with the best way possible.

The best way possible to deal with this is to give me two month sports passes I can use in the future.
If I went to the cinema and the film wasn’t showing I would get a refund
If I went to a sports ground and the game wasn’t on my ticket would be valid for when it is rescheduled.
