Sports Monthly Mobile Paas

Hi,

I just bought the monthly mobile sports pass and it is not activated, I can’t warch anything live on my mobile (IOS). In the confirmTion E-Mail I did not get a voucher to activate the pass. What can I do?

 

reinstalling app also does not work..when I click on any of the live sports it is asking pass.. Please look into this and do the needful..

You do know the much cheaper mobile pass is limited to five sports channels?

 

And hopefully your iOS device is an iPhone, as iPads don’t qualify here.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
