Someone using my card details to pay

So, checking over my bank statements I can see I’m being charged twice a month by nowtv on a subscription. I’ve managed to login to my account here and checked to see if there was any subscription I had accidentally agreed to (thinking a one off purchase might’ve actually meant a monthly subscription or something) but can see that my account hasn’t been viewed since last year and no payments are made. So I’m thinking that someone’s got my card details and using it against a different account.

now, trying to speak to someone at now is impossible and cancelling this account will do nothing but cancel an account which doesn’t get used. Any idea of how to resolve apart from the obvious which is speaking to bank and requesting they block any future payments to now

Nothing comes up, because the person presumably isn’t using my name on their account. The chat things useless aswell, just a robot which goes around in circles. Thanks anyway. Think I’m going to have to wait for bank to deal with

@Anonymous User inform your bank. Ask them to stop the Continuous Payment Authority to Now.

You'll also want to get your current cards cancelled and new ones issued or the miscreants will just subscribe to something else!
