Someone else is watching my now account on their tv

Someone else has logged into my account on their smart tv, I don’t know how to force log people out or remove their device. My account options just say I can’t do that. I know they’re watching it because programs I have never watched keep coming up on my continue watching. Please help

Put a payment PIN on your account.

Then speak with staff to get ALL devices removed from your account, at the same time ask for your password to be changed. Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
