Hi All,
I’ve been looking at the offers that NOW TV are giving to existing customers but am struggling to get the Sky Movies Pass up and running. Whenever I go to confirm my order it pops up with an error saying ‘ you’ll need to wait until you are back in the country where your account is registered to have full access’. The thing is I am still in the country where my account was registered so I’m struggling to understand what’s happening. If anybody has any ideas that would be a great help.

See if updating your bank card on here makes any difference.
Even if the bank card is up to date, re enter your existing bank card details, then see if you can then buy the Cinema Pass.
