Sky cinema has taken £6 for the voucher but it isn't activated

My bank says sky cinema took £6 on the 13th November but now TV saying I can't watch as I need a voucher. I've emailed now TV with no response. Anyways be else had this problem?

If not, try that. It seems to get their attention....

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
