Sky broadband to NOW Broadband

I switched from sky broadband to now broadband last week. My switch date is 09th July and the switch process was smooth except that Sky  is still charging me through Direct Debit. I can see the monthly payment been taken on 13th July.

Do I need to inform Sky to cancel my subscription? Is it not part of the switch process?

Sky still charging you for Broadband? Or Sky still charging you for TV?

Switched Broadband from Sky to NOW here on 22 June (ditched Sky TV long ago) and haven't had any further charges from Sky for Broadband. They should stop charging you as part of the switch. In fact, because you are charged in advance, you may be due a refund on your final bill form Sky.

SKY charging for broadband. I wasn't a TV customer.

I contacted NOW and the chat agent adviced me to contact SKY.

I contacted SKY and the call center agent did acknowledge that it was a mistake they charged me after the connection is cancelled. But asked me to call again after 2 weeks to get a refund.
