Sky Cinema

Hi

I unknowingly activated Now Cinema, I only noticed when I saw my bank statement. 

I have cancelled it and now have NOW entertainment.

I want to speak to someone about getting a refund for the cinema I didn't use or knew I had until I was billed for it.

To prevent this from happening I would set up a payment PIN.

For the refund, go onto live chat by clicking "chat online" within the green box and not "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
