Sky Cinema Not Available

We pay for our sky cinema subscription. I can see both on my account and through my bank that my payment for this month has been taken, however sky cinema doesn't show in the passes and vouchers section of the website and I cant access any movies on my tv through my box, nor on any other device my account is linked to. Anyone got any suggestions as to how to make this work again as I've paid for a service I'm not able to access?

The working hypothesis in this situation is that you have managed to create more than one account, and the pass is not on the account you are trying to use.

 

But whether it is this, or some derangement applying to a single account, you should contact Live Chat to get this sorted out.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi

We have exactly the same issue with an entertainment pass.

I have been waiting for them to fix it at their end for nearly 2 weeks now.

I was told its a known issue and is being worked on.

I suggest you make a formal complaint, if enough of us do they may make it a priority.
