Signed up for ONE DAY. Product called ONE DAY MEMBERSHIP. Just been charged for 6 months.

I bought a one day membership so my dad could watch the cricket. They've just charged me for a six month membership and of course noone to talk to about it and none of the chatbots work. Has anyone successfully got this disingenuous bunch to refund them for this kind of horrible trick subscription?

Would it be a six months Mobile Membership by any chance ?

If so this should be a freebie Membership that comes with a 1 day Sports Membership.

What does it show and say under My Membership and My Bills & Payments on the account ?

Yes it's a sports mobile six months membership - so they won't be charging me for that? That is such a relief. Been going round in circles trying to get any information out of the chatbot

Nope it will be free if it came with the Day Sports Membership.

Also if you go to the NOW online account in question and look at the My Membership section it should show it auto cancels in 6 months time.
