The NOWTV phone line states that live chat is 'available until midnight, 7 days a week'. Reality check- no, it's not. It clearly states on the relevant webpage that the chat closes at 11pm each night. To make matters worse, there were no agents available prior to 11. I sat '1st' and 'connecting' well in advance of 11pm, but apparently no agents were available. Joke of a service.
This was after being put on hold for 15 minutes on the phone, to then be hung up on. Upon calling back, I was placed at the back of the queue, where I was to be seen in 'under 15 minutes'. Turns out I waited 45 minutes, for the line to close, and to have my enquiry ultimately shut down.
