Service suspended

There is no Live Chat option on the website and I can't spend 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone about this - why can't we email with a query? My service has been suspended due to a supposed non-payment - but I was promised a free month when NOW TV mistakenly cancelled my account last month. That was a nightmare to resolve and now I have yet another issue, Why is it so difficult to resolve these matters? Customer service needs a complete overhaul.

Try here. It’s webmail at least, and it should get NowTV’s attention all right.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
