Welcome to the community.
Do you see your active pass when you go to your My Account > My Passes page?

http://account.nowtv.com/passes

If so, you should be able to click the cancel pass button and follow all the steps to cancel it.

If you don't see any active passes and you don't see any charges on your payments page

https://account.nowtv.com/payments

then the charges may be coming from a different account. Probably best to pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and they can help find where the payments are coming from. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

I got caught by this too - you probably innocently bought a 7 day pass at some point and Now TV decided to start charging you on a recurrning basis without your consent.

I should imagine they have made millions of pounds doing it without people even realising. I'm escalating to the authorities because this amounts to criminal activity. I at no stage gave my permission to charge my debit card as and when the feel like it.

@Anonymous User I can take a look into your account to see why this has happened? What pass in particular was it?

You sent me this email a few days after I bought a 7 day sports pass. I guess the clue is in the name - a seven day pass! Not a recurring 31 day product that only works on mobile phones.

The email is below.

Hi Mark,

We hope you’re enjoying your Sky Sports Pass. As a thank you for your purchase, we’re giving you a 1 month free offer on a Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass, so you can enjoy 4 Sky Sports channels on your smartphone for a whole month.

We’ve added this offer to your account, so you don’t have to do a thing. Just start watching on your phone whenever you’re ready.

At the end of your free month, your Sky Sports Mobile Pass will roll on at the standard price of £5.99 a month, unless cancelled.

Happy watching!

I'm sure you have worked out by now, I really did not appreciate the gesture, and can't think that anyone ever would.
