Hi I need a phone number but can't find one need to speak to someone got as money is constantly coming out of my bank I have no TV passes and no recent bills or recent payments coming up on my account also its not letting me remove my bank details.

If you are a TV Pass customer and have an account related matter or seeking a refund, then you need to get in touch with their online web chat service.
Unfortunately there is no telephone number for TV pass customers (only NowTV Broadband customers).
To reach live chat, open the link below and click on the blue arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to see the live chat button to click on your screen.

Hopefully someone can help and not redirect me to a link that doesn't work! I cancelled our NOWTV package over a year ago but I am still being billed! And to top it off somehow a Kids package was also added.
I find it utterly disgusting that you are unable to talk to anyone and I am being offered £12 in compensation instead of £160!!
HELP PLEASE!!
