Scam membership

I received an email with “special offer” for £0.99 for three months paid for it via PayPal and as soon as I play the first movie I instantly get charged £9.99 what a bloody con!!! As there’s no option for me to cancel and refund the money, I’d rather pay elsewhere than NOW.

What was this "offer" for? Was it entertainment or cinema? 

How did you take up the offer, via the app or directly on the website? If it was the former then you need to go through the App Store.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
