My Sky sports pass was supposed to expire on the 9th of August however it still let’s me watch and says “We can't process your order right now, but we don't want you to miss out, so we're giving you temporary access to this Pass. Please try again later when we should be back up and running.” I have contacted the live chat 3 time’s about it but have yet to be given an answer. I am worried about getting charged for a pass I didn’t want.
There's no way around it as have the same issue (currently), been on live chat to them twice to explain the issue and they think it's cancelled when it's not! The above error message is on my account and unable to cancel or see when it ended. Didn't even cancel it either. Apparently mine ended on 9th of August yet, still working. Chatted with them twice over the issue and haven't helped with the technical issue so, looks like we enjoy the sports until they sort it out.
What I would suggest trying is to take screenshots of your passes within the account section. Fill in this form and await a reply so you can email off your screenshots in the reply you receive.

Have they not charged for over 3 months? Check https://www.nowtv.com/gb/account/payments to make sure you have not been charged.
