Run out of device swaps due to reset

I've had to reset my BT TV box a few times to solve an issue, this has meant I have lost my 6 swaps this month and now I can't watch Now TV via the box.

Is there anyway of getting the devices reset?

A real pain.

I've looked at that but no joy. The chat bot is not helpful.

I've had to tweet now TV.

Why can't I call someone to sort it out?

I eventually had to log a complaint, got through via telephone to someone
that sorted it in two minutes.

Was this a call to now tv or bt as can't find a number for nowtv
