Rise in bill

Hello. About a month ago my bill was £18pm. I then got a message saying it would rise to £21 which I agreed upon. However, my most recent bill has risen to £25 and the next to £28.50. This is some considerable difference from £18. I do not use the landline and my usage has not changed. I wish to retain the £21pm bill. Please advise. I need this sorted as soon as possible.

Best bet is to contact the NOW Broadband Team using the telephone number shown on this screen shot below.

Or alternatively send them an email if you don't want to phone them.
