Ridiculous device limit

I recently resubbed to nowtv for a sports pass to watch the NFL playoffs. The problem is, the last time I used nowtv was 6 or 7 months ago. In that time, I've upgraded my PC, my wife has a new tablet... Long story short we can't watch nowtv on all the devices we LEGITIMATELY want to watch it on because for some bizarre reason I can I let add one new device per month. Why? Anyone resubbing is likely to run afoul of this stupid restriction. Why not just limit it to 1 or 2 simultaneous streams? It would have the same result for nowtvs security without inconveniencing PAYING customers! Has anyone got any idea how I can circumvent this restriction for this month only?

Welcome to the forum. 

Easiest way to get sorted is to have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can reset your devices for you as a courtesy. This should allow you to start using your devices again.
