I'm having trouble resetting my password. I'm logged in on my phone browser but I need to reset my password to log in on another device.
On my account screen on my mobile, it clearly states my email address which is correct, but when I enter this in the page to reset my password it gives me an error saying "We couldn’t identify you. Please check and try again."
I've also tried entering my username (which I have also confirmed is correct) and it says a confirmation email has been sent, which hasn't.
I've also tried resetting using my security questions, but this isn't working either and I know the answers to be correct.
I've also tried changing my account to an alternate email address but get another error: "
