Require a refund

Hello all!

I recently started teaching in China and figured it would be good to subscribe to NOW to watch game of thrones. Unfortunatly connecting to the UK of course requires a VPN, and it seems NOW does not work whilst using a VPN on my phone or laptop. Since I paid £17.99 for a 3 month pass, figured it would be reasonable to get a refund since I cannot access the content. Any idea how to go about doing this? Can't seem to find much on the website, thanks all!
