Money has been taken out of my account saying that I'm paying for Entertainment and Cinema which I have not added to my NOW account. I came onto my NOW account and found that someone has been using my NOW account for their own personal use. I've changed my password and now I'm just wondering if I could get a refund from the money that has been taken out. I've tried talking to the bot but all that happens is that it says, "Sorry, I don't understand."
I would like to also add that I hardly ever use NOW.

Set a Payment PIN, under Manage NOW Account, to prevent any future recurrences.
Changing your password is an essential step to shaking off unwanted users, but it’s not enough. You also have to ‘log off all devices’ under My Devicex in your account.
You may find this linked-to posting of mine helpful in understanding what has happened here, and get some idea of how small, or possibly how big, the breach of your security has actually been:-

Regarding a refund, go on Live Chat and discuss the possibility of it with the Now staff who (wo)man that service.
You can contact Now via Live Chat from this link:-
Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ on this screen. This leads to the Nowbot, an AI bot that might well assist you in navigating the Help; but as you need to talk to Live Chat, you have already gone beyond that, and all the Nowbot can bring you is frustration.
