My voucher is not working. I have updated my card payment details (although my County did not come up in the choices and still no movies playing. My entertainment pass has worked. How do watch a movie.

Keeps saying purchase a pass. I have. It's not working. I put in the voucher code again and it says it's in use!! So why can't I watch a movie. Highly frustrating

It also states that there is no contact number for TV passes, only broadband inquires. So if you are wanting to "talk" to someone then you have to either fill a form out, or use Live Chat (not the bot) in this link
