Rented a film and was u able to watch

On the 1st of January I rented a film on sky store and it kept goin off and we’d paod £5.50 and only watched hour of the film! Any chance we could download agian for free to try watch the end please thanx kyle

Was the  problem occurring when watching a rented movie from Sky Store on a NowTV box, if so a couple of people have reported this issue recently.

If this is the case I would suggest possibly contacting Sky Store to see if they can offer you a refund or some sort of a movie credit (here's a link below for Sky Store Help Centre).

Issue not with Sky store I spoke to them earlier they told me films work fine on other devices but problems are with now tv boxes and Roku boxes

YEs was a rented film off sky store on now box , il try contacting sky store thank u
