Hi,
I would like to remove a device off my account as they have started making purchases on the account without my permission.
I have tried to reset my password and force a log out on all devices as advised by one of the articles on the help centre but the log out option is not actually there.
What can I actually do to remove this device a device off the account?

Your best to head onto Live chat and ask staff to remove ALL devices linked to your account. Then change your password again.
Just make sure you click "chat online" within the green box and not "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
