This has been reported many times recently with no fix to be put in place.
All I can recommend is going to live chat and requesting ALL devices to be removed. Just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Thanks! There was no option for live chat, but I have sent a message! Its odd because my partner has had to log back in and so have I on our phones and tv but for some reason this person still has access!

Also, if you haven’t already, set a Payment PIN right now on your account, before your clingon treats themself to a membership of something you aren’t subscribed to, at your expense 😢
And please can you let us know if Live Chat blowing off your clingon works or not, as we have had some reports that it doesn’t work, even when Live Chat do it?
