Someone has access to my account and I can’t log all devices out. I have reset password on mobile and desktop several times and no option to remove devices/manage preferences appears as the help page suggests. Live chat have removed all devices and said to log in with 6 new devices to remove other devices. Still not solved the issue, I can still log in with an old device with no details/password required. Any advise?

Sounds like live chat hasn’t actually logged you out properly.
Ask again to force log out of all devices, then change your password.

It’s beginning to sound, from a couple or more instances, as though Force Logout isn’t working any longer, even for the Live Chat team.
This merits investigation.
