Rejoining broadband

I moved to another city and have cancelled my Now broadband. I would like to subscribe the broadband service again. Unfortunately, the system keeps looping in the billing page. I am not allowed entering the subscription page. Is it meaning I am not allowed to join it again? What should I do right now?

No, it’s probably just another Now “We’d like to take your money, but we seem to be stopping ourselves from doing this” rot-up.

Give the broadband team a call on one of the following numbers, where I am sure they will welcome you back with open arms:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
