Refund

Hi I have multiple accounts and i can see i am still paying for now TV when i have now got SKY which i brought 4 months ago...  can i cancel please you probably need by card details to chase?

You aren't and won't speak to staff about your account never mind a refund. 

When you have multiple accounts it is up to you to manage them properly and make sure they are all cancelled before moving to another company for anything.
