Refund

Hi, I have had my subscription active for sometime and I was trying to get some sort of rebate.

 

Does anybody know anything that can help me?

What do you mean you have it active and trying to get a rebate? If you’ve been using it you’ll be unlikely to get any sort of refund.

For any type of refund you need to speak to staff by going onto live chat by clicking “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Sure, just start the process of cancelling each pass you have, one by one.

Like as not, the auto-retention algorithm will kick in, and offer you a discounted rate going forward, at which point you can quit the process without actually cancelling.

Be sure to do this for each individual pass you have, though.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
