Um, OK. If you contact customer services and tell them a little bit more than you have told us I am sure they will do their best to help.

No longer uses  now TV I do not watch it all

I just realised I've been paying since June last year and I've never even watched it, do I have a chance at any sort of refund

@redchiz1 ive tried it’s not allowing me to chat to them I want ti no why I’ve been charged so many times I set up 2nd of January took £7 of me then £10

on the 9th and now another £6 why is that

The call centre is for broadband customers only, are you using live chat for TV streaming?
