I recently started a trial of now tv and meant to cancel it as I wasn't really keen on most of the things it had to offer however I never cancelled and now I have had to pay the £9 and I don't want to watch anything, I know amazon would refund this but this company isn't quite as easy to get ahold of, can someone point in the direction of who to speak to and how to contact them p.s. Can't get access to the live chat
