My 1 year old has just accidentally brought a sky tv pass, and I’m wondering if now tv will refund me the money as I don’t want this pass?

now tv have a cooling off period where they will refund it within so many days.  It took me an hour and a half on live chat to arrange mine.  the refund is showing online so I’m hopeful it’ll be refunded within 5 working days.

I just bought a month pass .I would like a refund of the 30 odd pounds back please .I’ve cancelled my nowtv because it never said about the sky sports red button thing and that’s what I really wanted it for .its now been a week since I’ve cancelled and I’ve not received a refund how do I get this back please
