Refund

I went to pay for the kids 6 month package and it’s gone through 4 times I need the money put back for the other 3 time ASAP but am not able to get through to anyone

I had the same problem with the kids pass - payment has gone in 3 times. Can’t seem to get hold of anyone - I have filled the incorrect charge form as suggested - I’m hoping someone gets back to me within 48hours as promised by Now TV....
