I cancelled my sports membership months ago and I've been charged for it every month since then. I want a full refund and then I want to deactivate my account fully so that this never happens again. I have found no way of deactivating my account and removing my card details. Thank you.
Did you get a confirmation email stating that your sports membership was indeed cancelled?
