I paid £5 when taking out now broadband for delivery. I have since cancelled my order (25th July) but the £5 is showing as taken from my bank account on the 28th July yet still not refunded back to myself
I would normally message directly but constantly getting something went wrong when I submit my complaint (guess that's one way to keep complaint numbers down)

Hi there
I had been paying 33.99 per month for Sky Sports. I cancelled on 31st July and had email confirmation that I could carry on watching until the renewal date, Mon 2nd August 2021.
I looked at my bank account and I see that i have been charged 33.99 for a renewal.
Please refund me the 33.99 immediately. I don't have the cash flow to let you keep my 33.99

You are best to get in touch with NOW staff directly, this is a customer forum so asking for a refund won't get you far I am afraid.
