Refund

I need a refund as it was only a free trial and I cancelled it but clearly I must of done something wrong in the process and your company took the money sooner than it should of in the first place

First choose 'NOW TV account & payments', then 'I have a query about my bill or payment date'.

Then there will be a get in touch drop down, which you would select 'TV' for the live chat

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
