Refund

Hi, I have been charged for many months now for the entertainment package on now TV. Whilst being unaware of the package being purchased, I have not been using this. I would like a refund for the money I have previously spent on this, unaware of it being paid for as I will not use this and have been charged month after month for it

You need to contact NowTV Support via the online chat function. You can use the 'Contact Us' link below to discuss with them. 

 

They won't usually respond to an entry direct in this forum. 

 

You may not get a refund though, if you did not formally cancel the service, even if it wasn't being used.
