Refund the unauthorised charges and Cancel my account Please

 

Hi, I cant see anyone there to chat. I have filled webform as well. Last time I discovered unauthorised payments and got refunded in april. I just noted that you are again charging me for nothing. I have no active passess. 

 

I want to cancel my account an everything , payment details etc. thank you.

How are NowTV supposed to know who you are?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Yes indeed,  and even when you aren’t, I can tap your user ID and track you.

 

But try that for Anonymous User 😰
