Refund request

Hi

 

i would like a refund for my sky sports pass which I purchased today to watch the Celtic v Rangers game, this constantly buffered throughout the game and was unable to watch the last 25 minutes as the channel went down completely.

 

A swift response would be appreciated.

I bought a sky sports pass for the Brighton  v MCFC yesterday £8.99.

It buffered all the way through. My sons missed 2 goals. then it went off completely and they missed the end.

I could not get in touch with Now TV.

I want to request a refund..  there was a phone number. Nobody answered, and no way of getting in touch on line..

May have to contact them on twitter for action ! Dreadful.
