Refund request

I would like to request a refund for 2 months sky cinema that was charged after I had cancelled.

Can’t be done through the Community, I’m afraid.

 

Use the contact information in the earlier responses to get in touch with NowTV and make your case for a refund.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi I cancelled my entertainment pass and I got charged yesterday £8.99 even know I cancelled it I would like the money refunded please I couldn’t pay the rest of my phone bill.

to check if your Cancel perhaps did not work.

 

Though it it did, did you perhaps cancel at the very last minute? It is best to cancel at least 24 hours before the expiry date/time, as the payment process can start any time after that, due to how long the banks need to action it.

I would like a refund as i paid my bill on the 2nd of everything month and on the 14th again you took it and now you want it again on the 2nd of January now this ain't fair as the internet is the worst ever so slow and lags when playing on only one Xbox so i would like my money back that you took twice for please. As i am not paying £60 a month when its £30 its fraud when you didn't have permission for another after i paid on the 2nd thanks.

@Anonymous User it was stated when you took out the trial or purchased the original pass.

 

7 day free trial. Then it's just £3.99 a month. Or cancel anytime.
