Refund request

I would like to request a refund for 2 months sky cinema that was charged after I had cancelled.

Make sure the cinema pass is definitely cancelled by going to your My Account > My Passes page

You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end.You should receive an email confirmation but you might want to take a screenshot of the cancelled pass as well.

As for a refund, you can try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can do anything for you. To get there go to the following help page

I have purchased the now tv sports day pass unaware that it was an incorrect purchase, Is a refund possible as I have not watched any channels.

As above.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I do not work for Now . I am simply a Now customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service. But just like you I am still a customer. Can’t be done through the Community, I’m afraid.
