I have cancelled my contract and gone with another provider. Contract has expired and my account has been showing in credit since approx 1 month? When will they issue the refund. It seems slightly curly this is not automatically refunded when they hold account and address details...

Hi now tv took out 3 lots of £11.99 for cinema pass so they owe me 2 lots of £11.99 back ive tried telling them on live chat but dont get anywhere ive tried all ways to let them know but nothing gets done am so unhappy about this matter it has caused me untold stress

Send an email to customer service (address in below picture), that way you don't have to deal with Live chat

@Anonymous User This is for broadband right? When you cancelled, did you leave your direct debit in place or did you cancel it? The reason I’m asking is that any refund due on close of account is normally made on or about the next payment date to the account used. If the direct debit has been cancelled, the refund can’t be made.
